Peacefully transitioned on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Trillium Health Partners: Mississauga Site, at the age of 61.

Beloved daughter of the late George and Mildred Phipps. Adored sister of Richard (Danielle) and Karen (Ian). Loving aunt to Trishanna (Dominic), Gordon, Courtney and grand aunt to Brielle. She leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., (Hwy # 10, N. of QEW) Mississauga, on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service in the chapel at 11 a.m.

The service will be live streamed; a link will be provided below, closer to the time of the Service.

We are so saddened to know Jacki had passed. She was a soft, kind, gentle soul who is now at rest.
She fought the good fight, she finished the race and she kept the faith. May her soul rest in eternal peace
