Irene Anne Mary Galas

August 18, 1955 -  April 14, 2017

Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at her home, on Friday, April 14, 2017. Beloved mother to Andrea (Patrick), Vanessa (Kevin) and their father Richard. Ever so cherished Nani to Matthew, Tyler, Nicholas, Victoria, and Andrew. Will be deeply missed by her father Ludwik and her mother the late Honorata. Survived by her brothers Richard, and Stanley. Lovingly remembered by her lifelong friend Danusia. Irene will forever be remembered for her infectious smile, and will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Wednesday April 19, 2017 from 5-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Heart & Stroke, Make a Wish Foundation, or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
