In Celebration of

Ilene Robinson

October 25, 1925 -  January 31, 2019

ILENE P. ROBINSON (CLARKSON) OCTOBER 25, 1925-JANUARY 31, 2019

After a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s Ilene’s life journey came to an end. Ilene was a beautiful, kind, multi-talented lady whose joy for life, art, photography, music, nature, friends and family knew no bounds. Her memories live on with her five children, ten grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and three sisters. Ilene was predeceased by her loving husband, Roy (Rob), of 68 years in 2012.

Ilene’s children are especially grateful to granddaughter, Christina, who guided them through the health care labyrinth, and who cared for and loved her grandmother immensely and unconditionally through these past seven difficult years.

Ilene and Rob will be laid to rest in their home town at a later date.

Donations may be made in Ilene’s name to the Cold Lake Visual Arts Society or to your local Humane Society.

- I abide - lift me up - I will see reality -

Ilene’s reality is now in her heaven, holding Rob’s hand forever.

As you leave this worldly existence, and journey to your grand reunion with all the loved ones who wait for you, we want to send you on your next phase of living with all the respect and recognition of the duties you performed on this earth, and the excitement that will fill your heart in the next. You are not here physically, but will always have a place in many hearts with the legacy you have left for us to share. Looking forward to seeing you soon, and Roy too, and catching up on our stories.
Love and Blessings

I know Mom is dancing with Dad, at last, and smiling that beautiful smile that only he can bring out. You made me a better person, Mom, a better teacher, and so grateful to have had you for a mentor, friend, and cheerleader. Your grandsons and great-grandchildren all love you and miss you, but we know we will be reunited soon, in His presence.
