Huong Thi Nguyen lived a long, full life marked by strength and deep love for her family. She passed away peacefully at the age of 96, tenacious and resilient to the very end. She was a devoted mother of four, a proud grandmother of seven, and a great-grandmother of five, all of whom she loved dearly.
Earlier in her life, she was a teacher in Vietnam, a role that reflected her lifelong commitment to learning and helping others. One of her most meaningful journeys was a Buddhist pilgrimage to India in her late 70s, a testament to her spiritual devotion and determination.
