I have found memories of him in so many ways: our time on Elders, the bike hikes etc. Such a faithful man.
I received a telephone call yesterday from a friend, expressing Christmas wishes and New Year's blessings when she mentioned the passing of your loved one. I didn't know of his passing and wanted to express my condolences to you as a family. He is in the arms of our Lord and reunited with loved ones that have passed on before him.
Thoughts and prayers go to the entire family in your time of mourning.

Karin, Frank and family we want you to know that we continue to pray for you all as you mourn the loss of your dad, father-in-law, Opa and ‘Great-Opa’. As you well know that Horst’s love for the Lord was strong and now he has arrived and is living without pain or any other struggles. May that knowledge help you through this sad time of mourning .
We, very much appreciated Horst and his God given talents at church. He was a dedicated and involved member, who gave freely at serving the Lord at Humbervale Park and beyond its walls. He served as children’s Sunday School teacher and Superintendent, Board member and Elder. Horst also taught adult Bible Classes and put forth a great deal of effort. When our church was built, he was mainly responsible for installing the large drop ceiling in the sanctuary at Humbervale Park. He was motivated and energized who will be missed. Our loss is heaven’s gain.
Sending our love and hugs,
Doris and Lothar
To all of Horst's family we express our condolences. Horst and Irene were and are precious to us. May the Lord comfort your hearts and fill you with His peace!
With love,
