Henry Tyler

February 18, 1946 -  October 1, 2016


It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of Henry Tyler on Saturday, October 1st, 2016 at the age of 70. He touched many people’s lives and Henry will be greatly missed by those who knew him. He will be lovingly remembered by his children April and Steven Tyler, parents Irene and Kazmierz Stankiewicz, and devoted partner Ileana Dinca. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., Toronto (at Windermere, east of the Jane subway) on Monday from 7-9 p.m, with rosary prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 12 Denison Ave., Toronto, on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment Park Lawn Mausoleum. If desired, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.

It was Uncle Henry who took me to my first job in Downtown Toronto travelling on the Go Train from Burlington, now 35 years later still travelling on the Go Train from Whitby to Downtown Toronto. Our sincerest sympathy to April, Dale, Steven and Sherri, know that your Dad will surely be missed. Love Cheryl and Brian.
