In Celebration of

Helen Alexa Hart nee McKay

December 31, 1918 -  September 6, 2018

There will be laughter in heaven. The McKay girls are back together, all talking at once. Helen died peacefully, on Thursday, September 6, 2018, at Cawthra Gardens, in her 100th year. Widow of Palmer (Mike) Hart. Mother of Lenore Morrow, Heather Dewell (Richard), Robert Hart (Wendy). Beloved Grandmother of Thompson Morrow, Peter Hart, Meghan Hart-Arbuckle, Joshua and Nathaniel Dewell.

Dementia robbed her of knowing her 5 Great-grandchildren whom she would have adored, Oscar, Maggie and Willa Arbuckle and Makayla and Everett Hart. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and the neighbors from Drymen Cres.

Family and Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Friday from 6-9 p.m and Saturday at 2pm. Lenore, Heather and Robert, a great lady has left us. But she has left us all with wonderful memories, She and Mrs. O are two of the most amazing ladies ever born. It was fate that they both moved to Drymen and became lifelong friends. My deepest sympathy to you all at this time.

Helen was a funny and fun-loving woman who was so generous in spirit and friendship. I smiled when I saw her initials, HAH - laughter, that was Helen, even when life brought challenges and especially during the joys of day to day living. Bill and I are so sorry that we cannot attend the visitation and memorial service for Helen, as will be out of town this weekend. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Helen was a generous soul and loved our family. Whenever I came down to visit my family, dad and I would stroll over for a visit. Helen was a terrific woman, always welcoming, always smiling. You will be missed.

I will miss you, Mrs. Hart. You looked over all us Drymen kids as if we were your own. Always a pillar of strength and a beacon of light. A lot of fond memories which I will hold onto moving forward. RIP
