April 15, 1931 - January 5, 2017

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Matilda for 64 years. Loving father of Deborah and her husband Rick Towey and Greg Johnson. Proud grandpa of Diana, Sarah, Erica and Carter, and great-grandpa of Luca and Avery. He will be greatly missed by his extended family and friends. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Neweduk-Erin Mills” Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy) on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment Assumption Catholic Cemetery. I knew Harry through King Gardens. Over the time I learned that Harry and Matilda were married and resided in Woodstock ON my old home town where I grew up I had a few conversations with him about curling another common interest. Harry was a very warm and a true gentleman and a pleasure to know. He will be truly missed. My Heart felt Condolences , Thoughts and Prayers to the Family
