Passed away on July 17, 2018 in Toronto. Born in Arhnem, the Netherlands. He leaves his family in Europe & Canada. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Thursday July 26, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. If desired, donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation or Toronto General Hospital would be appreciated.
