How sad it was to read about the passing of Mrs. Gwyneth Weese. It brought back such wonderful memories of music at Humberside. Mr. and Mrs. Weese were very supportive parents of the Music Department. They were at all of the performances......whether is was Music Nights, Musicals or concerts at Massey Hall. Raising two percussionists.......Dylan and Bryn must have been an incredible adventure. I was proud to have taught them.
The members of the Baptiste Lake Association extend to Bob and the family of a beautiful, devoted and passionate woman, Meena, our heartfelt condolences. We are in debt to her for her countless hours and her careful attention to the beautiful lake we all enjoy because of people like her. May her memory and example shine for others to emulate.
Bob and family: Our deepest condolences. Menna was loved by all our family and the girls talk about her frequently. We greatly enjoyed all the time we got to spend with the two of you. We've been thinking about you throughout these difficult times and will hopefully see you soon. The description of Menna as "a force" is one is apt but probably still under-estimates the impact she had.
Love Scott, Heather, Beth, Amy and Erin
Bob, Dylan, Bryn and families.
What an inspiring and thoughtful tribute to Menna!!! So sorry for your loss. Remember the good times - and I know that there were many.
See you soon.
Dear Bob and family, my deepest sympathy on the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. Bob, reading Menna’s obituary, what an extraordinary individual, I wish I had met her. Every time we drive down to Toronto and pass Baptiste lake, I always think that is where Bob’s family has their cottage. My deepest condolences on Menna’s passing. Cherish her memory in your hearts.
