In Celebration of

Graeme Dring

July 14, 1972 -  June 8, 2022

It is with heaviest of hearts, we announce the death of Graeme Dring, 1972-2022.

Graeme is survived by his mother and father, Kathy Kelly and Trevor Dring and his sister, Amanda Dring (Paul Little). Graeme was a loving uncle to Frances, Charlie and Edie and had many loving cousins, aunts and uncles and friends. Graeme’s passion for music was with him his entire life. He was a talented guitarist and drummer and loved songwriting.

Born and raised in Mississauga, he also spent 7 years living abroad in England. He lived his final years in Toronto.

All that knew him knew he had a big heart and he valued his friends and family. We will miss him beyond words.

Family and friends are invited to Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga on Monday, June 27, 2022 for Memorial Visitation from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to MusiCounts, a charity that brings music education to youth.

My heart breaks to think I will never see you again but I know you are safe in the hands of God. Playing your guitar for all our family that passed before you. You had the biggest heart. You will be missed Graeme, more than you'll ever know.
Lots of love, until we meet again.

There is a part of me that feels lost without you Graeme. We were close as kids, close as adults. I hope you know how much you were loved. How much joy and laughter you brought to all of us. Every song I hear reminds me of you. The Beatles, The Clash, Nirvana. I will miss our emails about music. Our laughter about silly things. Love you always, Graeme. XO

Dear Graeme I remember when you would come over for Christmas and play music make jokes and just have a good time, it’s horrible that I won’t ever see you again. You had a great sense of humour and you loved to play guitar, I used to always laugh at your jokes because you were so funny, a lot of things won’t feel the same without you and I miss you a lot. Lots of love Charlie ❤️
