May 20, 1954 - September 21, 2022

Passed away peacefully, at St. Joseph's Health Centre, on September 21, 2022 at the age of 68. Loving brother to Pam Anketell (the late Alan) (John Arrigo) and Penny DeMarchi (Ed). Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews Michael (Melinda), Lisa (Jordan), Alexa (Justin), Austin (Kristen).

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 2-4 p.m.

Dear Pam and Penny. I’m so sad to hear about Gord. He was a very easy guy to like and a friend I always enjoyed seeing. The last time I saw Gord was downtown on Spadina and I took him a winter coat. He insisted I take his. A good guy. I still have it. He was in great spirits and we had a good talk. Then I spoke with him by phone just after he moved to Dufferin Street. He was funny and made me laugh. I’m going to miss him. I’m sorry I won’t be able to attend on the 15th. We will be out of town but I will be thinking of him. I won’t ever forget Gord.
