Giovanna Berardinelli Ricci was born in Bojano, Italy, on February 4, 1929, and passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026, at the age of 97, surrounded by her loving family.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Giovanni (2000), whom she married on September 12, 1948. Giovanna was a devoted and loving mother to Nick (deceased), Antoinetta (Joe), Nick (Carmen), and Frank (Bernadette).

She was a proud and cherished Nonna to Christina (Eddie), Nick Jr. (Amanda), Julia (Peter), Amelia (Parker), and Michael, and a loving great-grandmother to Brianna (Carmine), Gianna, Amanda, Isabella, Brian, Victoria, Theo, and Gemma.

Giovanna was truly a Nonna to everyone who knew her. Her warmth, kindness, and nurturing spirit touched countless lives. Her home was always filled with love, and she found her greatest joy in caring for her family and bringing everyone together.

A devoted Catholic, her faith was a guiding light throughout her life, reflected in her compassion, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with those who went before her, and though she is gone, her love remains with us always.
