Peacefully, on Sunday, June 10, 2018, at McCall Centre, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Jack Donald Gibbons. Cherished mother of Nancy Atkinson, Cara Gibbons (Victor) and James Atkinson (Aline). Grandmother to Bradley, Michael, Brian, Eva, Alissa, and Jennifer. Dear sister to James Irwin and the late Ross Irwin. Loving daughter of the late Emily (née Granger) and A. Ross Irwin of Pickering Village.

A private service will be held. Interment Streetsville Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Turner & Porter “Neweduk-Erin Mills” Chapel, 905-828-8000. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Ontario Lung Association.

I have many great memories with nanny, my favourite being Christmas and all those treats she would bake - I wanted to eat them all in between playing Mario world with Cara or golf with Jack on Nintendo. I always looked forward to visiting her and the warm smile that would greet us at the door. Thank you for being an amazing grandmother, you will be missed. Love always your grandson Michael.
