Georgette Murphy

October 22, 1936 -  November 8, 2017

The Murphy family is sad to announce the passing of Georgette. Predeceased by her loving husband Ralph, she will be greatly missed by her daughters Linda and Carol, sons Robert, Michel (Wanda) and John (Nancy).

Georgette was born in Amos, Quebec, the daughter of the late Arthur and Clara (St- Cyr) St-Germain. She was predeceased by her three sisters Germaine , Muriel and Jacqueline, brothers Gerald, Edouard (Bobby). She will be lovingly remembered by her beloved grandchildren Michelle, Codi, Amber, and Shane as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Along with Ralph, she hosted many large family gatherings and a great time was always had by all. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Mom.

A small remembrance service will be held on Saturday, November 18th at 3:00 pm with visitation from 2 to 3. Please join us to remember our mom and share your moments..

Georgette was such a beautiful lady..upbeat enjoyed life to the fullest.. She taught me so much...She was a fantastic grandma...She always welcomed me with open arms...Most of my fondest memories were with Ralph and Georgette and my girls in their backyard on Rutley Circle... Im heartbroken that god took you..but the hardest part wiĺl be missing you everyday.. Thank you for the fond memories and great laughs say hi to Ralph and my mom and dad... Je taime Forever....

Georgette was such a lovely neighbour - always a big smile and a warm welcome. She and Ralph always made us feel welcome and always had time for a visit. She loved it when the grandchildren came and there was always food for everyone. She will be missed.
