<div itemprop="description"><br />Maizis, George Jeffrey<br />Passed peacefully, on Tuesday, November 10th 2015 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Joan, son of the late Norman and Stella Maizis. Loving Father of Susan (Scott), Ron, Donna (Brad), Jim (Diana), Darren and (Lisa). Dear brother of Gloria (Steve) and the late Herc (Monica). George will be greatly missed by his 11 Grandchildren, Shannon, Justin, Tawnya, Sara, Ryan, Julie, Laura, James, Michael, Craig and Mark, and his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Turner &amp; Porter &ldquo;Peel&rdquo; Chapel 2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of QEW) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, November 11th 2015. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Thursday, November 12, 2015 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 5440 Durie Rd. Streetsville. Cremation to follow. For those who wish, donations of remembrance to the Alzheimers Society Peel or Canadian Diabetes Association will be appreciated by the family.
