After a courageous battle, Gail passed peacefully away at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Thursday, July 6, 2017 in her 71st year. Beloved wife and best friend of husband Rudy. Adoptive mother to niece Patti and husband Brian, nephew Jack and wife Sandra and nephew John and wife Karen. Loving sister of (late) Janet, sister Linda, brothers John and Steve and sister-in-law Michelle. She is lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Tammy, brother-in-law Hans and wife Virginia, sister-in-law Ramona and husband Howard. She will be greatly missed by all her much loved nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter, Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., Toronto on July 10, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Service of Remembrance will be held in the Chapel on July 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff and volunteers of Southlake Regional Health Centre and the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre whose kind and compassionate care helped Gail greatly in her long and difficult journey.
