On August 5, 2025, at 86, having fulfilled his earthly mission, Fred peacefully slipped away to return to his planet. A life well-lived. Godspeed.
Beloved husband of Sabine, much loved father of Joanne (predeceased), grandfather to Kelsey and Lennon, brother-in-law to Irene, uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Larger than life, Fred’s presence was unmistakable wherever he went. We will miss his endless storytelling, intelligence, quick wit and his boundless generosity of spirit. He will be fondly remembered as a friend to many.
