In Celebration of

Franjka "Fanika" Krajacic

October 16, 1930 -  January 22, 2026

It is with deep sadness to announce the passing of Fanika Krajacic. Fanika passed away peacefully at Villa Forum Nursing Home in Mississauga at 95 years old. Predeceased by her husband Frane Krajacic (2022). Devoted mother to her children Theo (Jessica) and Mariann. Loving Baka to her grandchildren Jordan (Alyssa), Tahnee (Dan), Ryann, and Maia. Cherished great-grandmother to Ethan, Thea, Ihla, Emma, and Beauden. And sister to Tonica Lazic in Germany and late brothers Zvonko, Mate, and Ivica Vrbanac.

Fanika was a loving and caring mama and baka to her children and grandchildren whom she adored.  She took great pride in cooking and baking for her family and friends, expressing her love through every meal she prepared. Her love of gardening resulted in the biggest and tastiest tomatoes ever, which she shared with anyone who came to visit. We find peace in knowing she has been reunited with her beloved family and friends in heaven, where she'll be making her delicious strudel for everyone.

"Mama, your unconditional love, kindness and generosity was overflowing and we are so grateful for you. Until we meet again Milo Moje."

Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Society of Canada.

We are very sorry to hear about the passing of Fanika.
She will be remembered with fond memories when we went to school together and passed by her house everyday back in Vel. Jadrc.
God Bless and may she rest in eternal peace.

Dear Mariann. May the aroma of food your mom used to cook and the taste of a delicious tomato in the summertime bring a smile to your face and may your mom's love be forever imprinted on your heart!
Love Cindy and Nana
