To My Dear Friend Frank,
The memories of all the times we got together and talked and talked sometimes about nothing at all.....
Don't forget what I told you when I get there we'll have a beer. I will miss you and will think of you often.

Death Is Nothing At All - A Poem By Henry Scott Holland

Death is nothing at all.
I have only slipped away to the next room.
I am I and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other,
That, we still are.

Call me by my old familiar name.
Speak to me in the easy way
which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone.
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.

Laugh as we always laughed
at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me. Pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word
that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effect.
Without the trace of a shadow on it.

Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same that it ever was.
There is absolute unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind
because I am out of sight?

I am but waiting for you.
For an interval.
Somewhere. Very near.
Just around the corner.

All is well.

Nothing is past; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before only better, infinitely happier and forever we will all be one together with Christ.

The deep pain that is felt at the death of every friendly soul arises from the feeling that there is in every individual something which is inexpressible, peculiar to him alone, and is, therefore, absolutely and irretrievably lost.

My condolence to Francis' family.
Thank you for sharing your time Francis. I enjoyed making you different meals, talking about different ideas, and us laughing away at crazy things we say to each other. I will never forget the joy on your face as I lit your cigarette after many months of not having one. You are so kind and sweet- always asking me if I had eaten already. Thank you. I will miss you. Your friend always. Dinah

Your wit, your stories and even your occasional complaining are truly missed Frank.
Our group is smaller now but it has grown in so many ways because of you.
We raise our glasses and salute you my friend, until we meet again.
