Francesco "Frank" Tallarico passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026 He was 78 years old.

Born in Belcastro, Calabria, Italy on the 18th of September, 1947, he immigrated to Toronto in 1966, and studied at George Brown College. The true Italian-Canadian Dream success story, he was known for his popular appliance distribution company, Morley’s Appliances.

He is survived by his wife, Susan, her mother, Rosina; loving father to Marco (Cara), Katia, Jessica (Miguel); grandfather to Francesco, Gioia, Ludovica, Isaia, Benicio and Paloma- who all brought a smile to his face, until the end; and his brothers Amedeo (Diana), Antonio (Anna) and Michele, and sisters, Silvana (Santino), Marianna (Basilio), Aurora (d. Giuseppe), Gina and Teresa (Mario).

The family will receive visitors at Turner & Porter, 4933 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke, on Thursday, January 29th from 2pm until 8pm.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, 3055 Bloor Street West, Etobicoke, on Friday, January 30th at 11 am.

His gentle soul will be laid to rest privately. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimer Society , Toronto.
