Passed away peacefully, leaving behind a long, well-lived life. Frances was pre-deceased by her husband, John Lindsay Dowsett, and is survived by her sons John and Paul, and by her grandchildren, Alexandra and Christopher. Frances’ funeral will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on May 4th at 11:00 am, to be followed by a luncheon reception. In place of flowers, donations can be made to The Ontario Track 3 Ski Association for Children with Disabilities, where Paul has volunteered for 31 years.
