To the family of Emil Cylupa,

While words fail to capture the pain of losing your loved one, we look forward to the time when words will fail to capture the joy of having our Heavenly Father return your dear one to you. You can find comfort in the scripture: Revelation 21:4 where God promises a hope of no longer having to deal with death or pain. May you take comfort in knowing you dear one is safe in the memory of God.

===============
Emil Cylupa will forever remain in our memory, as an example of courage, kindness, culture, as a hero who went through the fire of war, who was a symbol of time and with his fellow soldiers was creating a new history, who deep in his heart and soul has carried love to Ukraine throughout his whole life.
Heroes never die.

Roksana has told me so much about her father. He was a wonderful father and beautiful human being. He will never be forgotten.

My Tato always encouraged us to be physically active and to get outside into the fresh air and sunshine. When my mom started working at Sts. Peter and Paul Banquet, it would be just my dad, my brother and me. He would pack us up into the car and take us to local parks and Conservation Areas. He would make us go on walks through the forest with him and exercise. He would make us race him and he would win. He would barbeque hotdogs for us on these excursions. Sometimes when we got home, dinner would be macaroni with sour cream and sugar (surprisingly good). He was a great dad and he was a lot of fun. He was always smiling and laughing.

Emil was a wonderful husband. He was my best friend, a kind and gentle man, and a loving partner. He would wait up for me when I was working late, he would pray for his family and for his country every night, he would fill up the car with gas when he knew that I was going to work the next day, he taught our children to be good people and to think for themselves, he worked until the age of 76 to support his family, and he did many other countless things to show his love for us. He kept his dignity and his pride until the end. He was truly a good man.

I will miss you, Omelan.
