Peacefully on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Harvey. Loving mother of Bruce, Douglas and Elaine. Cherished grandma of Justin and Matthew. Elsie was also a mother to many foster children over the course of 50 years.
