In Celebration of

Elleni Papadopoulos

April 18, 1990 -  April 18, 2025

Cherished and adored daughter of Gus (Suzanne) and Easter (Ercüment).
Beloved sister of Elia, Michael, and Victoria (Nick), and adoring auntie to Leia and Maja.
Predeceased by her loving Papou, Elias Papadopoulos, and Yiayia, Vassilliki Papadopoulos.
Lovingly remembered by her grandmother, Ann Cameron, and her late grandfather, James Walsh.
Elleni was surrounded by a large, loving family who held her entirely in their hearts:
Aunt Eleni and Uncle Joe Cruise; cousins Christopher and Elizabeth.
Aunt Christine and Uncle Sean Armstrong; cousins Matthew (Georgiana), Heather (Mathew), Mya and Sophia, Breanna (Andre), and Brandon.
Aunt Ruthie and Uncle Adam Morgan; cousins Lauren, Emily, Blake, and Noah.
Uncle Jim and Maika Walsh.

Elleni was a woman of deep compassion and fierce love, with a spirit that longed to bring light and hope to others. She dreamed of one day helping young women find their way through life’s hardest places, holding onto faith and the belief that every life holds worth and beauty.
Though her own journey was not without struggle, Elleni never lost her tender heart or her passion for God. She had a rare depth — a spark in her eyes, a captivating personality and a warmth that touched many. Those who knew her saw her shining soul.

“The Lord your God is with you,
He is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”
— Zephaniah 3:17

She held close the hope of transformation, reflected in these words:
Crawling… travailing
Caterpillar lost in mud
Look up; take flight, soar.

And now she soars with the angels.

Forever loved. Forever remembered. Our Nanee.

As much as I know this isn't a forever good bye, my heart aches just the same. Many years we were inseparable, finishing each other's sentences and being far to loud while your poor mother tried to sleep. Yours was my home away from home. I wanted so badly to see you free in this life, but now you have the rest of eternity free and at peace in HIS presence, shining like the sun. Love you nay nee, will see you again some day.
