Peacefully, on Monday, September 20, 2021, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late David "Terry" Sheils for over 47 years. Betty will be sadly missed by her Godchildren, Jennifer Clements and Joanne Sisson, their mother Maureen Smith, and her many friends at the Village of Humber Heights Retirement Home. For many years Betty and Terry spent their retirement sailing on their boat out of the National Yacht Club in Toronto. It was their home away from home. There will be a graveside service at Prospect Cemetery on Friday, October 15th at 1pm. Grave located in section 40 between Kitchener Avenue and Eglinton Avenue West. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to one of Elizabeth’s favourite charities: the Toronto Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
