Betty McEwan was the most wonderful next door neighbour and such a sweet and caring friend to our family. Please accept my deepest condolences on behalf both Nadine and I to the McEwan family. Your mother was a beautiful and kind woman.

Ms. McEwan & her late husband Jim were two of the kindest people to my mother when she arrived to Canada 40+ yrs ago. I have incredible memories of playing at the farm, playing cards and making puzzles with them both. Ms. McEwan thank you for your generosity, kindness and for years of warmth you showed our family. Happy to think that you and Jim are together again. You will be deeply missed.

Have been ill and housebound for a month. Betty has been such a lifeline for me for over 70 years and surely will miss her wise advice and amusing anecdotes about the family. How proud she was of each relative. I will miss her more than words can express. My sincere wishes to all family and friends as they cope with Betty's loss.
