Peacefully at Hawthorn Woods Nursing Home Brampton, on Friday, November 10, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Norman. Cherished mother of John and his wife Mercedes and Jim and his wife Jana. Adored grandma of Stephanie and Heather.

We were very sad to hear about the passing of Cousin Betty. We are thinking about the happy times spent with Betty and Norm and lovely letters and birthday cards that she used to send us!

Betty was a wonderful mother, grandmother and cherished friend ..Every time we shared a visit , she showed how much she loved her family and their chosen mates and how proud she was of them through words, pictures and events she had either been involved in or knew of. Her talents were many...gifted musically, respected in her work plus, she had a wonderful positive attitude and loving nature. I so value having met both Norm and her. They shared special occasions with my children: Katie, Chrissy , Bob and Mike. She met several of my grandchildren and was always interested in how everyone was doing. I feel so blessed that she was part of my life and cherish the times we had together. Rest in peace darling Betty. Love Diane

Special thoughts and prayers to you all : John, Mercedes, Stephanie, Jim, Jenna and Heather. The service was so thoughtful and meaningful . I am so glad I was able to attend and see you all again and share this special time with you . I am sure Grandma Betty was listening to Stephanie's school chancel choir's beautiful tribute to her in song during the visitation.
