Peacefully at the Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga, on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, in her 91st year. Loving wife of the late Aksel. Dear mom of Karen Stewart (Bill), Cheryl Coutt (Ron), Patricia Rawcliffe (late: George Coutt), Carol Hofels (late: Gabe Pinto), and the late Gordon Bruce. Cherished Grandma to Nicole (David), Christopher (Jillian), Courtney (Scott), Tabitha (Jason), Melissa (Ben), Travis, James (Pam), Josh (Jayme) and the late Jeremy. Adoring Nana to many great grandchildren. Betty will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was a dedicated member of the Girl Guides of Canada for over 50 years and a light of optimism and energy at St. Andrew’s Memorial Presbyterian Church. Most of all, she was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., (Hwy 10, North of QEW), on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrew’s Memorial Presbyterian Church, 24 Stavebank Rd., Mississauga on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at 1 p.m. Cremation.
