October 13, 1921 - July 21, 2016

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga. Edna was born on October 13, 1921 to Eliza and Alfred Mandley. She leaves behind her loving sisters, Shirley, Betty and Elva. She will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Edna was predeceased by both her parents, brothers and sisters Clarence, Joe, Ted, Ray, Ken, Fred, Gord, Hazel, Eileen, Jean and Helen. A Private Family service was held at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West. If friends so desire memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society, Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made at www.turnerporter.ca.

Remembering dear Aunt Edna.....a tender heart, a loving soul. She introduced me to "perfectly" toasted bread with just the right amount of BeeHive Corn Syrup on top.....we shared many of these together at the kitchen table on Royal York Road.
