Even though I only met Dulcie once through her nephew Leslie, I asked about her all the time and knew she was such a wonderful and beautiful woman. My deepest condolences goes to the family and to Leslie. My heart broke when I heard of her passing. The world lost a firecracker of a woman. Sending love.

A woman that I looked up to from a distance and will always admire for her spirit and strength. Dulcie, you set the bar and will be missed. Deepest sympathy to the family; take comfort in the fact that she’s with her family up in the sky now. Love G Xo
