Dear Anna, Michelle, Elizabeth and Sebastien,
I'm so sorry to hear of Costas' sudden passing. So many childhood memories came flooding back - so many moments filled with smiles and laughter. Truly, these memories of our families' time together are ingrained in me - as solid and as clear as those with my own family members.
Thank you Costas and Tirovolas family for those precious memories and for reminding me how important it is to cherish those moments and those closest to us - and not to let go of those friendships that mean so much.
I am sorry I cannot attend in person but I hope to see you soon.
Love,
Jess
Dear Michelle,
My deepest condolences to you and your family on the unexpected tragic loss of your husband. I have always respected Costas' Psychiatric contributions and have referred many students to him over the years. I hope you find comfort in the support of close family members and friends during the difficult days ahead. Thinking of you,
Shelley
Dear Seb,
Please accept my most sincere condolences. Your family and you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am so very sorry that this happened and I hope that you are holding up, surrounded by the people you love most. Keep your head up.
Love always,
Jelena
It is with great sadness that I learned today of the death of Dr. Tirovolas. Kids and families have lost a champion. I so enjoyed his sense of humour, his passion about the “right” way to move forwards, his kindness. To his family: I am very sorry for your loss.
