The very first time I met Dr Lahnsteiner he literally saved my life when I was rushed to surgery. For the next 35 years he not only took amazing care of Steve and I, but our two girls from the time they were in diapers and then their babies as well. Not only was he an amazing doctor but an amazing, kind and caring human being. He was a blessing to all who knew him. Our heart breaks for his family.

My Uncle Eric will be greatly missed. Such a kind and caring man, loved by his family and vast community. He has always inspired me to work hard in the medical field and to strive for exceptional patient care. I have always been so excited to share that my uncle was a physician. I have such fond memories as a child visiting Ontario and going to my aunt and uncles house, seeing my cousins and playing in the pool. Sending so much love.
