I first encountered Dr. Lacy when I was a Student Nurse At St. Joseph’s Hospital during my Ostetrical Rotation in the late fifties. He was an exacting task Master and teacher, expecting nothing but the best care for his patients. Later, when I began my family, Dr. Lacy was my Obstetrician, caring for me during my pregnancies and delivering each of my seven children. He was a caring and compassionate man, and an excellent doctor.
I once made a large Ginger Bread house covered in candy, for his family. He told me I had become know to his family as “Aunt Jemimah”
My sincere condolences to his family on the death of such a fine man.
I am sorry for your loss.

Precious souvenir

Although the flowers fade, die and disappear, their precious perfumes always.
Just like these bright flowers, those we love never die; They keep with us forever, footprints in our precious memories.

Distance makes my presence impossible, however, I hope that this sincere thought of sympathy and understanding can be of some comfort.

Lucie Duchesneau
