Ed, I spent a lovely summer with you many years ago when I was a young student. You took me into your home and heart, your kind ways and gentleness has stayed with me ever since. It was wonderful to see you and mom grow ever so close over the last ten years, your renewed friendship with her made her very very happy. You will be missed by us all. S.
Deepest sympathy to all if the extended Ryan family on the passing of Ed. My husband Jim and I enjoyed a great friendship with Ed. for many years in Canada. May his gentle soul rest in peace. Sally
Dear Dr Ryan,
Your sudden departure from our world onto your heavenly home has left a lasting void in our hearts.
It has been an honour having known you. A privilege having been on your team helping many many parents realize their dream of parenthood. It is indeed a loss to those who did not have an opportunity of knowing you or have the chance of being under your care.
You have been in our prayers and will continue to be in our thoughts.
May you rest in eternal peace,
May the Irish hills caress you.
May her lakes and rivers bless you.
May the luck of the Irish enfold you.
May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.
Om Shanthi🙏🏼 as we say in our culture and country.
We are very shocked and saddened that Ed has passed. He was adored by his sisters, including my mother Geraldine, Loreto and Clare, brothers in law including my late Dad, Eamon (Eddie) and all of us nephews nieces and grandnephews/grandnieces. His cousins in County Clare and Co Tipperary will miss him also. He has friends in Ireland and Canada who we know are very shocked to learn of Ed’s unexpected passing. We look forward to meeting some of you over the next few days after which We will bring Ed home to Ireland on Sunday after we have had time to say a Canadian goodbye on Thursday and Friday. RIP uncle Eddie, Ed, Edward.
I always enjoyed Ed's companionship during our Thursday games at Toronto Golf Club. A wonderful fellow.....Rick
