Donald Treanor

April 15, 1941 - February 14, 2018

After a courageous battle with cancer, Donald ( Donny ) Bruce Treanor passed away on February 14th, 2018 at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga surrounded by loved ones. Born April 15, 1941 in Brampton, Ontario to Clarence and Ruth Treanor. Growing up on the farm with siblings Orval & Marilyn. Donny is survived by his loving wife Lorraine (Chapman) and children Ken, Rob, and Kathy including spouses Rochelle and Bryan. Loving Grandfather to Keegan, Marcus and Alexa. Donny will be truly missed by all.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Streetsville United Church.

my condolences to Lorraine and children Ken, Rob and Kathy, spouses and grand children.
In making my memorial donation to Streetsville United Church, I almost directed the memorial for "Charlie Treanor". He was one of the "young guys" with their "soup-ed up" cars in the farm laneway with my brother Bill and Bryan Crawford and they called him Charlie? Until the 1964 marriage of his sister Marilyn and my brother Bill and he was introduced as a groomsman did I hear the name Don. It remains a mystery for me.
