June 14, 1921 - August 25, 2016

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Don, on August 25, 2016, at the age of 95. Don will be dearly missed by his loving wife Patricia; children Brian, Donna and Susan; grandchildren Maureen and Mark and his family and friends. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., (between Kipling and Islington Aves.) Etobicoke, on Wednesday from 3 - 6 pm. A Service of Remembrance will be held at All Saints Kingsway Anglican Church, 2850 Bloor St. W. (at Prince Edward Dr.) on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at 1 pm. If desired donations may be made to the Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation, or the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Online condolences may be made using this website.

A heartfelt condolence goes out to Susan and her entire family. Susan always talked highly of her Father. Having heard some wonderful stories about him, he will surely be missed by his family and friends.

Pat and Family, I was very sad to see that Don had died. I remember the many meetings that we had whilst I was a representative of Mutual Life et al for some 30 plus years. I missed the those meetings after I retired at the end of 2013.,both the answering of your questions and also your expressing your opinions of the state of the union! I wish you well.
