With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dino, age 85, in Toronto. Dino was predeceased by his wife, Luciana (2014) and his son John (1984). He is survived by his sons, Steven (Colleen) and Alex (Karry-Lee); daughter-in-law (Donna); and grandchildren Jonathan (fiancée Courtney), Alex, Nico and Danica; Colleen’s children, Sabrina (Matt) and Adam; and great-grandchildren Henry and Madelyn. Predeceased by his sister Elda (2001). Survived by his sisters Lori (Jimmy) and Gabriella (Eddy), and many nieces and nephews. We are so grateful his sons were with him when he passed. Dino lived life his way and he was cherished by family and many friends. He loved listening to Danica’s stories, travelling, great meals, motorcycle and car racing of all kinds, and hockey games, watching first his sons, and then his grandchildren play the game. A recent highlight for Dino was attending an international tournament with them in Italy last year. A private funeral will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations to Jumpstart – Giving Kids a Sporting Chance would be appreciated by the family.
