It is with great sadness that the Proctor family announces the passing of Dianne Caroline Proctor at the age of 78 yrs. Beloved wife to Joe Salcak. Adored mother of the late William Prokopchuck. Dear sister to the late June Catania, Gloria Riley, and the late Natalie Daniels. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 6-9 p.m.

I am so sad to learn of Dianne's passing. She was a true friend, mentor and sometimes a Mom to me over the years and I cherish so many great memories from my time at MPS and beyond. Please know that I am thinking of you both and wishing I could be there tomorrow.
