It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of our beloved mother.who passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2025, at University Hospital in London, Ontario.

Cherished mother of Ron, Glenn, and David. Loving mother-in-law of Kate and Shari. Proud and devoted grandmother of Ava and Aria.

Diane was a dedicated and compassionate woman who spent her life caring for others — in her work, her family, and her community. A registered nurse and former Director of Nursing Care at various long term care homes in the GTA and Hamilton, she was a passionate advocate for the well-being and dignity of the elderly.
For over 35 years, Diane worked alongside her late husband, Michael Lawrence, supporting youth through the Lorne Park Hockey Association and the Mississauga Hockey League.

In her final year, Diane lived at a retirement home in London, Ontario, where she was lovingly supported by Ron and Kate.

She was the heart of our family — our greatest source of comfort, resilience, wit, and unwavering love. She will be missed beyond words and may she rest in eternal happiness.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, north of QEW), on Thursday June 12, 2025, from 6–8 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday June 13, 2025, at 11 a.m.

Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
