Passed away suddenly on December 20, 2019 at the age of 58.
Beloved husband of Rini. Dear brother of Sandy (John), Kathy (Joe) and Christine.
Proud uncle of Rob, Jenn (Jeremy), Matt and Jess (Jeremy) and great uncle of Andrew and Isabella.
Predeceased by his parents, Pat and Win Churchill.
Dave will be sadly missed by all the Tjahjono, Churchill, and McConnachie families.
Keeping with Dave's wishes, no visitation or funeral will be held.
