In Celebration of David Nesbitt

He passed peacefully at Ian Anderson House on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the age of 68. Loving husband of Donna; devoted father to Christine (Adam Roberto, Burlington); adored grandpa of Alexandra and Julia; and beloved brother of Jane (Ulo Sibul, Port Perry). David will be dearly missed by family and many friends. He was a gentle family man with a great sense of humour and a kind, generous nature. He was born in Toronto and graduated from U of T at Mississauga and began his career at the Toronto Transit Commission. Later David continued his career in sales and managerial positions

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Neweduk-Erin Mills” Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy) on Sunday, June 11, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Christ Church United, 1700 Mazo Crescent, Mississauga with visitation 1 hour before. Interment will follow at Springcreek Cemetery on Clarkson Road.

Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and volunteers at Ian Anderson House. If desired, donations in David’s memory may be made to Ian Anderson House or to the charity of choice. This would be appreciated by the family.

We are keeping you in our hearts and prayers, Donna and family, to have the strength to go through this most difficult time. We know God will keep David and all of you in his loving arms forever. May God bless you all. Wonderful memories will last forever.

Heartfelt condolences to the Nesbitt family. I knew Dave only from cruises we were both on over the last several years. He indeed was kind and of good humour. I have no doubt he will be greatly missed by friends and family. Rest in peace Dave.
