Passed away peacefully at Sunrise of Erin Mills on Friday, January 26, 2018 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband for 58 years of Gloria. Loving father of daughters Carolyn DeGeer and husband Dean, Julia Clavette and husband Norm, and son Martin James. Dear grandfather of Leanne, David, Vanessa and the late Marc. Proud great grandfather of Hannah. A Service of Remembrance will be held the Turner & Porter “Neweduk-Erin Mills” Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy) on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

You can find comfort in the scripture: Revelation 21:4 where God promises a hope of no longer having to deal with death or pain. Our sincere sympathy and condolences for the loss of your father and grandfather. I think losing a parent is one of the hardest things we have to deal with. We think that they will always be there..... clearly Clive did a great job as a father given the way his children and grandchildren turned out. Remember only the great memories that you have and take some comfort in the knowledge that his suffering is over! You all are in our thoughts and continue to be as you recover from this very difficult circumstance!
