It is with great sadness the Lambrakis family announces the passing of Constantinos at the Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga Site on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Paraskevi. Loving father of Diamanto Stavropoulos (late Stefanos), Trisa Lambrakis, and Cate Kyriacou (Mike). Cherished Papou of Antonios, Konstantinos, Anastasios, Georgina and Paraskevi.
