I am a very close friend of Lynn Hill. I spoke with Colin probably twice and I can tell he was a very kind hearted gentleman who was always ready to extend a helpful hand. I am sure he had left behind a great legacy for Lynn to cherish loving memories of him. May my prayers and consolation be with Lynn and all his family at this time of loss

It was an honour to have been a friend of Colin's and a pleasure to know Lynn , Gail and Dawn to whom Catherine and I send our heartfelt condolences. To have survived with a positive demeanour to age 87 Colin was blessed by your love and support.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Colin. He was on our "to be contacted list "which shows that one should never procrastinate. A lovely and typical photo of him
Our condolences to Lynn and the girls and Devin. We leave tomorrow for Australia but hope we are back for a Celebration of his interesting life [after 26 November].
