In Celebration of

Christopher Trzoch

December 11, 1948 -  December 31, 2022

It is with great sadness and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Christopher (Chris) Trzoch. Chris passed away peacefully at his home on December 31, 2022, at the age of 74.

Chris was a beloved husband to Anna; loving father of Daniel, Joanna and Stephan, cherished stepfather to Sylwia (Michael) and Oskar (Melissa), proud Dziadzio (grandfather) to Mia, Charlotte and Maya, and a caring brother to Stefan (Barbara). He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his relatives, neighbours and friends, along with his trusted dog Zorro. Our lives will not be the same without him.

Born to Wladyslaw and Stefania in Warsaw, Poland, Chris came to Canada in the mid-70s. He had a long career in the pastry field as a pastry chef and salesman with wedding cakes being his specialty. He was passionate about music, loved to play his guitar, sing and being part of the Quo Vadis Choir. Chris was also an amazing handyman, a master of many trades, and had a passion for building and fixing anything he could get his hands on. He loved spending time up at the cottage, enjoying nature and, most importantly, fishing. Chris always had a smile and made everybody laugh but above all he loved to spend time with his family and friends. May the Lord bless him and keep him in His light.

Visitation will take place at the Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel located at 1981 Dundas Street West on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Eugene de Mazenod Parish at 1252 Steeles Avenue West, Brampton on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. Refreshments to follow the funeral mass beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Villa Polonia, 30 Polonia Ave, Brampton.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests considering a donation to St. Eugene de Mazenod Parish (Donation Link) or the Quo Vadis Choir via e-transfer to quovadiscamerata@gmail.com password music.

I enjoyed a friendship with Chris for many years. Always helpful, always positive and always busy working on a project. He loved his time up north with his family. Chris was someone you could count on and I always appreciated his ideas and enthusiasm. I know he will be missed by so many. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I will miss being with Chris out in the old rowing boat fishing on the Lake, but you will be there I know in spirit in the sunny days to come. Anna and I will always cherish the great times we had together. RIP
