Christine (Tena) Katopodi

October 14, 1950 -  November 2, 2020

Unexpectedly, on Monday, November 2, 2020, at Trillium Health Partners- Mississauga. Beloved wife of Donald Hurd. Cherished mother of Starr Muller and adored Nana of Nolan. Dear sister of the late Florence (late Ernie); the late Charlie; Scott (Marguerite); Carol (Wayne); John “Jackie” (late Frances); Tena was a loving Aunt to many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was a cherished friend to many. Born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Tena moved to Toronto as a teenager, where she spent her adult life. A private family service will be held, with a celebration of life to follow when circumstances permit a larger gathering of people.
