Passed away at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga, on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at age 25. Loving daughter to Stephen and Maria Ines Baker. Cherished sister to Emmaleen and Victoria. Beloved granddaughter of Silvia Jorge and Emmaleen & the late Dr. Clare Baker. Niece to John, Ted & Karen and Joseph & Theresa. Cousin to Richard, Nicole and Francine. Charlotte had an overwhelming exuberance for life and an indescribably loving and caring heart. She will be missed by very many, but she leaves even more warm and loving memories.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N of QEW) on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Turner & Porter Chapel on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Nanticoke Christ Church Cemetery. You were the THAT girl that loved and talked to everyone in our grade and everyone loved you back. You had this zest for life and always willing to help anyone. You ALWAYS brought people together and made it a mission of yours to make sure we had the best prom ever. You are the definition of brains and beauty - the whole package. You will be missed but I know you have an even bigger job being many people's guardian angel. Heaven just gained the most beautiful and intelligent angel thus far.
