Charles Lacher

March 4, 1927 - September 14, 2017

Passed away peacefully on September 14, 2017, at the age of 90, at Villa Forum Long-term Care Residence. Predeceased by his loving wife, Regina, three years ago to the day. Cherished father of Jeff (Sue), Brian (Holly), Maureen (Keith), and Carol-Ann (Dirk).

Charles was a grandfather who prided himself on his family, especially his grandchildren. He was an honest man with a good moral compass, and will ultimately be remembered for his love & dedication to his family, to hard work, and even for his love of sailing.

He will be missed, but not forgotten.

If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Our sincere condolences to the Lacher family. We will miss Charlie. Both Charlie and Regina were great next door neighbours. We would chat over the back fence with Regina while she worked on her beautiful garden. And, Charlie and John would work together on lawns and winter challenges. We will miss Charlie's daily greetings. May he rest in peace with Regina.
