It was never my pleasure to meet Mr. Reekie in person, but I know of him through John's family -- and never have I known a warmer, kinder, more fun loving family. John and Jean and their children are a wonderful testament to Mr. Reekie's parentage. I wish you all strength in dealing with his loss.

I was sad to read of Mr. Reekie's passing in the Globe & Mail today. I treasure the memories I have of my time spent at your house in TMR. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to make you feel welcome. To Mrs. Reekie, Jennifer, John and families I am so sorry for your loss, a loss that we all share.
With love,
Donna and family
